Perhaps this forum should be called " Hulda Clark flushers support". I am aware of Clark's protocols and cleanses. Iam satisfied with the results obtained with out using a dialator. The a 3cm stone i passed is sightly greater than and inch. I never experienced pain just the nausea.

Note: The purpose of drinking apple juice is mainly for the malic acid in apple juice. Malic acid is a good solvent for stagnant bile in the liver. Apple juice taken during fasting would dissolve and push out stagnant bile in the liver. If the liver is congested, bile flow is restricted. As a result, there is insufficient bile in the gallbladder to push the stones out (sensiblehealth.com.)

There are several ways to perform Liver-Flush and but i choose this procedure because it is very natural for a beginner. Not natural because of the ingrediants but because i did not require using a dialator. I just think if i can flush without a dialator perhaps eventually i may flush stones unintentionally.

The constipation i had was mild otherwise i wouldn't have done this. I guess i did not have liver flukes because i did not see what u describe. I just had a BM and now it was light brown dierreah with what looks like left over pieces of the white worm looking things. Im still curious to what it is, i read some post of others who experienced and described the same results. They sure are dead, i wonder if it was the Beck device or the Liver-Flush ingrediants that killed these suckers. I know this Liver-Flush is what brought it out of me and thats what counts. Can wait til the next flush, and i won't use a dialator unless nothing or little comes out after the initial oo/gf. Thanks for ur input on this non-Clark flush.
