I feel good, I did not have headaches or any type of die off reaction. You were right about my excitment!! However, i did not repeat the cleanse i guess hunger took over. Later in the evening i had a soup and salad. I haven't had a BM since yesterdays surprise! lol but i did a warm lemon water flush this morning to get things moving! And im feeling the urge right about now. Thanks for ur input, if i had stronger will power i wouldve repeated the LF. I will repeat this procedure in 2-3 weeks, which ever weekend is more convinent!
