Light, first off, you're asking mostly Hulda Clark flushers to analyze your non-Clark flush.
One thing I see in your post ... there was NO dialative agent in this flush. Clark uses epsom salts, my gentle flush uses cayenne pepper. I passed around 20 stones that were 1" in diameter. I'm mighty glad those puppies weren't moving through my tiny liver ducts undilated!!
Liver flukes are short, fat, red worms ... the consistancy is like that of a soft rubber fishing worm.
Oil makes some folks nauseous, the toxic release into the digestive system can be nausiating. Releasing those toxins into a constipated bowel can be asking for trouble. Don't flush without taking care of constipation first. The toxins can be reabsorbed. Sounds ilke you may have gotten away with it this time.
On the main page here, I'd suggest you click on Clark, then on liver cleanse and study, print out, write down at least the pre-cleanse steps, wait a minimum of 2 weeks and do another flush that has a dialative agent included.
My concern about the dialator comes from having a CLUMP get stuck and bring a flush to a screaching hault. At the time, I was on Julia Chang's GCG, even putting it into my evoo/gfj cocktail, like she told me that a friend of hers does. Two days later, I spontaneously passed what would have formed into a ball the size of my small female hand's fist!!! The pain wasn't excrusiating, but it WAS scary.
Also, I flushed for 6 months without doing parasite cleansing. When I finally did the recommended pre-flush parasite cleanse, I passed enough flukes to easily fill 2 quart jars. My liver that was coming close to being pain free, was roaring with pain again ... so much so that I thought I might have a nervous breakdown ... thank GOD for my buddy Dennis Hardy, he got me through that!
Light, I've had bad experiences that make me KNOW why HC writes it the way she does.
The idea in this forum: "knows" is Dr Ken Sutter. He's a chiropractor that aided his body in CURING liver cancer. He's worth talking to on these things. Find him at Ask Dr Sutter forum if he's not around here.
