Re: Is this a lifelong battle once it becomes a problem?

I'd like to think most everyone will be cured. I remember when I was sick with Lyme Disease, I was sick for over a year. I used to belong to a Lyme support group, and everyone had chronic Lyme. Lyme can also be very hard to rid yourself of, and many people go on for years with it. Well, I rid myself of the Lyme, and that's something that can give those Lyme people hope. Unfortunately in doing so, I developed Candida....so I rid myself of one ailment and have another, but the point is, I beat Lyme! And now I must believe I will beat Candida. I can do it!

And I agree with a previous poster on this thread...it seems if people weren't eventually cured by whatever means...it seems there would be more people on the board, the people who don't come anymore, perhaps because they don't have Candida anymore, maybe not a good thing to base a lot on, but it can give us hope.
