Yay Megan! They work. They've really helped when I've had the really sore spots in my abdomen from the parasites. I know it helped one time in particular when I was doing a liver flush. The day after taking the flush ingredients, my liver was feeling like something was plugging off the bile duct. I took another dose of Epsom Salts and went and layed down on my left side, with a castor oil pack and heating pad over my liver on the right side. After about 1/2 an hour, I literally could hear whatever it was in there break loose, and I could hear it going "swoosh", and whatever had backed up and was making my liver feel like a full water balloon was able to flow on through, I could feel it.

The castor oil packs are relaxing too- and I don't know if it's just my imagination, but after I take the pack off, it feels like my abdomen has shrunk!

I don't know if you read what Azurite had said about the castor oil packs being one of the things that drives the parasites out of the biofilms where they can be killed with the herbal dewormers, but I thought that was very interesting, and worth trying the packs just for that reason. I'm positive that the castor oil packs helped me finally kill the 2 tape worms that took awhile to die. I thought it was a wives tale when I heard they were most active on full moons--but it's true, and that's when I've had the most success in hitting them harder and have killed the biggest ones---with the castor oil packs as part of my arsenal.
