did it only once - theres a Castor Oil cleanse instructions in the castor oil forum - its quite a violent bowel movements at first - after I woke up I had about 4-5 watery bowel movements not far apart (within the space of 2-3 hours) - I didn't know I had that much water left in me. Read the instructions on the Castor oil forum tho - it says to do it only once a month - I'd say because it is quite a thorough cleanse it really got a lot out of me. I will be doing it in another month before uni starts. I didn't notice the worms until the last bowel movement before I went to bed after I had eaten a rather large meal before bed. They must have died coz the castor oil got rid of the sediment they were living in. I noticed it removed a fair bit of mucus too.
