UT and Castor Oil

Hi all,

recently have been experimenting with Castor Oil topically - I know this is nothing new but I have found it to work very well in combination with UT for me. I have been finding my energy levels have picked up as I have a problem with Lymphatic sluggishness. Its also helped my skin and aches that I have had in various places. I get pain in my joins and along the meridian lines in my body a lot - especially the limbs. Sometimes I get pins and needles in my arm or leg and it seems to be helping this too.

Anyhow there's plenty of info on Castor oil treatments in the Castor Oil Forum but I thought I would share this with you all since it's been very helpful for me. I find it relieves my kidney pain too and gives me a boost of energy when I massage them with it.
