I love your BOPA and Uplifting Box ideas!! I already have a Creation Box and started a Vision Board.

I also like your BOPA for other people you deal with and to only see the good things about them, even if its just 1% ;-) I have done this in my mind with two ladies at work and I get along with them great now - they are happy when they see me now and vice versa. Then there is this bus driver who had been a real tough nut before and now all has changed.
