1. Meditate - to clear thoughts
2. Segment intend throughout the day, that is to prepave what I want and expect from each segment of the day (very important or we end up doing things by default)
3. I play the games like "Wouldn't it be nice .." to gain clarity on what I want
4. I do the creative toolbox - add pictures, mind map, thoughts, affirmations on a specific topic to build up desire - I then visualise the whole picture (the 17 seconds +)
They come to mind ..
But most importantly, I feel what I am feeling .. and always seek a better feeling thought.
