My dad loaned me a book you might want to consider - it is the "Health Seekers Yearbook" by Victoria Bidwell. In it she has great transitional recipes to help people go from the SAD to all raw. She also has great raw food recipes as well. For example, apple-sweet cashew cream (apples, celery, cashews) - you can use Celery to dip in it. I've tried some of them and they are very good. I had no idea raw food could be so good!
Plus she has put together menus combinations for an entire year, different ones for every day.
I'll have to check out some of the books you mentioned. The more information I have the better!
