Last night I took 9 drops before bed and had the best nights sleep I have had for a while. It still wasn't brilliant, but it was an improvement. It was the soundest nights sleep I have had without the use of sleep aids (melatonin etc).
I also follow the AF protocols. I rarely get to stay in bed till 9am in the mornings, but I usually get to bed before 9pm at night, and follow all the other recommendations. I am reading Dr. Wilson's book right now. And I actually believe that mms will help with the AF by eliminating pathogen overloads and allowing the body to begin healing.
