Re: MMS and Adrenal Stress

I have adrenal fatigue as well, and am up to 8 drops once a day.

I had not really thought about it impacting my adrenals, maybe because I take Cortef. (which I hope to eventually stop taking)

However, I am having a HORRIBLE time sleeping (I have literally been up all night for the last 3 nights)...I wonder if this could be a negative side effect for me?? (YMMV, of course) I am going to have to keep a closer eye on this, and try to follow all the correct adrenal protocol like eating by 10am, going to bed early, etc. and see if that helps.
