You may want to go a slower route, by start taking a small pinch of Epsom Salt with each meal and some extra calcium of some kind, and then drinking the Lemon and blackstrap molasses drink which I have been reccomending and start taking some good Probiotics to help your digestive system.
At the same time learn about the Acid Alkaline pH Balancing and things to help you.
