On the ImageShack panel on the right, there is a list of tags to help you narrow down the type of pictures you want to see. If you see a picture you like, click on it and it will open full-sized in a second window. If you like the picture, you will need to do three things: 1) download it to your PC, 2) load the picture into the Curezone image database and 3) make the picture your Curezone avatar.
The procedures below apply to any picture on a web page, not just Image Shack.


To download a picture you like to your PC:
Put your mouse over the picture and right-click. When the menu appears, choose Save as Picture. Navigate to the folder where you want to save the picture. (Be sure you write down or remember where this folder is, you will need to know later.) Change the file name to something more meaningful (if you want), and then choose Save.


To upload your picture to the CureZone image database:
Assuming you are logged into Curezone, look at the top of the page and click on the link labeled Profile. Choose the link labeled Upload your Photo. Choose the Browse button. If necessary, navigate to the folder where you stored your picture file. Select the picture file, and then choose the Open button. Next, choose the Upload button.
When the Newest Files Upload page appears, your picture should be at the top of the list. Locate the text box labeled Thumbnail. Select the entire text in the text box, and then right-click and choose Copy.


To make the picture your Curezone avatar:
Up at the top of the Curezone page, click on the link labeled Profile. Choose the link labeled Update Your Profile. Click your mouse inside the Profile Image URL, and then press CTRL and V (at the same time) to paste the text that references the thumbnail into the Profile Image URL text. Then scroll down to the bottom of the page and choose the Update Your Profile button.
