Someone with the know how needs to get on the phone and help the man, instead of trying to do it through hand type messages. I would do it if I had the know how. Man I know how frustrating pc's can be. If the pc with the problem was connected to the internet some one could also do the remote thing where you give a person access to your keyboard and mouse.
