Thanks for the reply. I'm already doing all that stuff. Can't stomach the cranberry juice, but I'm already doing the alkaline thing and I'm covering the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement & activator with a plate. I've got to go get some non-Vit. C juice to take it with, but for now I'm just mixing it with the ACV and stevia mixture I sip throughout the day.
I'm doing the alkaline thing as much as possible, but I feel that winter is a hard time for me to eat raw vegetables. All I crave is cooked food. I'm steaming my veggies and making fresh vegetable soups and stews. It's just too cold to eat raw veggies, at least in large amounts. Just an observation. I'm still eating lots of veggies, and feeling much better because of it.
