Just got mine...

Wondering, the directions on mine do not mention how much liquid (juice or water) to add to the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement mixture once it's been activated.

Does anyone "shoot" their Miracle-Mineral-Supplement and then chase it with something else, like water? What I'd like to do is activate my Miracle-Mineral-Supplement in a sake glass and then mix it with enough water/juice to fill the glass, drink it and then chase it with a glass of water.

Does that sound like a good idea?

And how long should I wait before I eat? I'm usually starving first thing in the AM but I can wait a half hour or 45 minutes before I eat in the am.
