Hi Scott, Here is what I understand. When the arteries get weak or injured or start to split and seep the body sends cholesterol to the site and starts a plaque(bandaid) Jim says if we have enough C in our system this doesn't happen. So he first recommended that everyone who might have plaque take vitamin C to increase the flexability of the arterie prior to taking the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement . If this isnt possible Then if one believes they may have such plaque they should take 5000 to 6000 MG of vit c away from the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement and take a very low dose of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement for long enough which may be a month. The ramifications are that acid plaque probably have pathogens imbedded in them. The MMS will disolve the plaque and leave dead pathogens and broken down acid plaque in the blood. It may also leave the area of the arterie where the plaque was patching and acting as a (bandaid) open and able to seep into the layers of arterie. So if the plaque is not broken up to suddenly it can heal with the vitamin C and the pathogen and toxins will not cause alarm or distress. I think I agree with you that the anxiety and fear caused by the chemical toxin overload is more likely to have caused the feeling of heart palpitations and tightness in the heart area than actual damage. I do feel going slow is by far the best advise I can give not just to begin with but all through this protocol. I hope I remember and have explained this correctly. It seems that the rebound doesn't give warning, 2 drops several times then it catches up with you and it is too much. I have found it difficult to advance to more drops the higher up I go. I still want to do the higher dose but I have to go up 1 then back 1 and have been on this same 8 trying to go for 9 drops 4 times a day for several weeks.The reason is that the Mold and Yeast I have are the hardest pathogens to remove or destroy. I am having water discharge and not enough Kidney function so I am going to stay at 8x 4 drops a day until after the new year. I hope you can agree with this explaination. MW
