If you are somewhat in a panic over the candy bar, angry and worried about 'what you did to yourself'. Don't feel you have to compensate for that...just remember that the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement will destroy these organisms like an a-bomb. Just try to imagine it that way.

Besides, instead of thinking 'oh no! I ate a candy bar!' just think of it like you had a 'health bar'. In most cases, there is probably less Sugar in the Mars! (Larabar excluded...)
