'sup pooman, lovely name. :-) I also like Oxypowder and bowel cleansing is important to remove old stuff, however it also does not necessarily resolve the cause of constipation. I am a sufferer of long-term constipation. I started Paragone but stopped. I know, I'm such a Sally, but there are so many protocols that say to drink something gross that almost makes me wretch and I want to only do that when necessary - I can only take so much! So I am doing humaworm for my parasite cleanse.

A parasite cleanse may assist in the constipation issue. One cause may be old fecal matter, but another cause per Andreas is a clogged liver. Bile from the liver dumps to the digestive tract to move that along... I did The Master Cleanse (a juice fast of sorts) which is a cleanse that does address digestion, then after getting back on food started taking Humaworm. Now I'm VERY regular - the Master-Cleanse likely helped, and apparently the Humaworm has herbs to assist and cleanse the liver. My liver is definitely active now. I also did a Liver Flush right before the Master-Cleanse and will continue to do them until my digestion is all good and I stop getting stones.

I'm not sure how much you've read, but if this is overwhelming, worry not, just one thing at a time. For constipation, do a Liver Flush. They should be done regularly until the liver is clear, so after the LF, you can read about other protocols to try and continue LFing before/after/in between them (but leave at least 2 weeks apart for each). You mentioned price so this is a good way to work on your health b/c LFins is very cheap - you just need some Epsom Salt, Grapefruit and Oil.
