I would suggest to buy the book 'The Mood Cure' by Julia Ross (I got it on Amazon) - it's the best thing to come my way in years, I am constantly referring to it (I have just discovered that the fish oil/Omega 3 I have been taking for years is actually CAUSING some of my anxiety and insomnia!).
