"I am where I am and that's OK!!" - that statement/affirmation acknowledges where we all are. But where you are at the moment is not where you need to be headed unless you keep focusing there.

Can you think of some thoughts that create relief from where you are right now?

For example:

"I can't seem to release the brakes"
There have been times in my life I have let go
I took control for good reason
I know others have been where I am right now and have moved on
I know I can focus in areas where I feel better
I can practise focusing on what I want instead of what I don't want
I know the universe will manifest for me my dominant thoughts
You know, I think I'll just relax.
Maybe I've been making more of this than necessary.
I took control of my finances and became independent.
I can take control of my relaxation!
I only have to breathe in and out today
Life is good for me.
I'm feeling better already.

That kind of thing :-)
