Re: on Soy

Judy G, I've been reading about soy and how it might effect us A folk, but I have not found out any way of discovering if soy is good or bad for me. You mention tempeh, miso and natto, and I was wondering if I should just assume regular soy is "bad" for me and look for suitable replacements? If so, where could I find such things and is there a brand name I should be looking for? Thanks a million and Happy New Year!
