Re: on Soy

FOOD is such a huge subject, and when I underline my proffessional status in the field, I do so to explicitly define an aspect of knowingness for people who are anti-soy and anti-bloodtyping as a key for understanding ourselves and our bodies.
(I am not only a chef.....)
The bloodtype is the key to our metabolism, and contains great logic. I cannot eat MEAT, it is a purely physical fact. Not an emotional choice. Diversity is the story of the our planet, why should it not apply to the human makeup?
I cook the most georgous lamb and veal and venison, and I taste it along the seasoning process but should I have 150 grams of it I would writher in cramps 6 hours later!
I have become quite apt at assessing peoples bloodtype....just by the wording in their language, sometimes! Ha ha ha.
And listening to them talk food...............
