If it were me, I wouldn't have a problem telling a doctor. In fact, the ones that I did see about the parasites, I did tell them about the herbs I was taking. Not everyone is you or me. (My questions were merely questions because I don't know what a person is thinking as to why they act in a certain way.)

Did you ever bother to ask why he didn't tell his doctor?
