MH, I'm not sure if you remember that I shared a story with you about a reaction to black walnuts that almost landed me in the hospital ... my eyes and air passages were closing up on me from eating the nuts.
I received the iodine tinture (and other forms of iodine products) 2 weeks ago Monday and started with the iodine tincture that afternoon. With my usual ridiculously low start, I took 1 drop twice that day and have increased it by 1 drop each day, twice a day. Today will be 18 drops a.m. and at bedtime.
Within the first week I noticed that I was starting to feel better, sleep better. My energy level had gone back to practically nothing when I took the tumble out of the attic in Dec last year and re-injured my already sick liver. My energy is coming back, even to the point of having "nervous energy" when I have to sit at work for too long, bouncing my feet, finger tapping and such. I now WANT to go walk on my lunch hour. I WANT to get stuff done around the house. I wake up feeling rested instead of feeling like a zombie. Nothing has changed in my life but for the iodine.
QUESTION:
When I get the tincture to the point of "this feels rigtht," do you suggest that I add one of the other products or switch to another to test the benefits of the different formulas? I have fibromyalgia, so I'm seeking a theraputic level.
