Sorry I only take about 1/4 oz of Iodine. I pour it into a 1oz shot glass. When I take any of the herbs with a spoon it drips and I want all of it so I pour it into a shot glass.

Went to the store to buy some oranges today. I was telling the cashier that they had the organic and non organic oranges mixed together. She didn't seem too concerned and just said oh we have some new people. Then she remarked $3.38 for oranges???? (They were 3 lbs for $3.38) As I walked away I thought to myself you probably paid more than that for your Starbucks this morning.
