is this normal after stopping treatment?

I'm sorry...I feel like such a pain. I posted this earlier but I think I messed it all up. here it is....If this is the one step back everyone talks about it's an awful.



I was doing a parasite treatment for a week about 6 days ago and I'm still having symptoms of anxiety, flushing in face, Depression ,jittery ,fatigue ,loss of apetite and intestinal upset. Could I still be having die off even though I stopped treatments. I've been under alot of stress lately due to work so could that bring it on even worse?
