P & B vs. Oxygenating Cleansers

A couple of years ago I attempted colon cleansing, parasite cleansing and liver cleansing, etc. I didn't really get many results, and I'm still sick. I basically gave up, but I think I may have just chosen the wrong products.

I'm one of those people who is chronically constipated and I take magnesium oxide (Twinlabs) every day just to be regular. It doesn't matter what I eat, and I drink a ton of water so don't bother mentioning those things. :) I know you're just trying to be helpful.

I tried P & B shakes and the #1 Formula and all they ever did was stop me up. And I drank tons of water, etc. But in my research I'm finding that many people like me who are chronically constipated have trouble with P & B shakes.

Back then when I was on Curezone, P & B was what everyone used, though the oxy cleansers were starting to become popular. I have a bottle of Colosan that I never used.

So, my questions are, are the oxygenating cleansers just as effective, or even more effective than P & B? Do you get mucoid plaque with them, or do they break that kind of stuff down? Because you are not using a form of fiber, do you still "sweep" the colon clean?

I'd love to see any and all input.
