Re: P & B vs. Oxygenating Cleansers

Hi There, I've tried both P&B and Oxypowder . I took Oxypowder for awhile just to keep me regular but the watery poops annoyed me after awhile lol. I don't really believe it got the mucoid plaque out though. I have recently done two p&b based cleanses and I couldn't believe the amount of mp that came out of me. it was so hard and rubbery i don't believe at all that the oxygen based cleanses could possibly dissolve this stuff! It was just like the pictures and tons of it. I did the cleanse two times and got lots out both times. I also have been constipated for many years and while i feel lighter and much more energetic since these two cleanses my constipation is still there. Also yes the p&b can definitely stop you up. The blessed herbs cleanse i did comes with a good herbal stimulant but I also did nightly enemas during the cleanse to make sure things were coming out and this is when i got out the mucoid plaque.

So in summary to get the mp go with the p&b based cleanse but be prepared to do some enemas because you probably will get stopped up...but it does feel great to get that gunk out of you! However I do also like the oxygen based cleanser if for no other reason than to keep things moving while you are cleansing.

However for long term cure of constipation i think the Colon Cleanse is just the tip of the iceberg. But you are in the right place here at curezone and certainly a good Colon Cleanse is a great place to start. Good luck.
