even when abused(anything can be abused), mj cant hold a candle to alcohol and its devestating effects. this country needs to get real and release half the prison population - the largest in the rest of the world combined!!! thats the least they could do. i think reparations are in order as well, especially considering over one quarter of black males age 18-25 are behind bars right now!
