Re: calcium hydroxide-pickling lime

When you increase the pickling lime, do you increase everything else too.

Or just have more drinks with the same ratio throughout the day.

I have hair mineral tests done several times a year. I used to have sky high tissue calcium due to hypothyrodism, and was adviced not to have calcium supplements at least until it had come down.

After being on Armour with calcitonin for 6 months(which regulates calcium) it had come down considerably, i've now been on Armour nearly a year. Also my potassium was a bit low in last test, i think that is to do with the calcium being cleared from the tissues. In that situation i was at risk of osteoporosis apparently. Now do i wait until i've had another mineral test done before going on this drink?

Or do you think i need not to worry about that? The ACV gives me potassium doesn't it. So that would be better than the lemon, or could i do both.

I want to get going with it, but a bit worried about the tissue calcium situation, which i'm hoping has rectified fully by now.
Thanks
Solelady
