Re: lymph cleansing~ self massage

Great to know~!

The past 3-4 nights, I have been taking baths, due to overtime and just relaxing in tub. I thought, while rubbing my feet, it is time to 'move' my lymph. I begin at the feet, light movement (not deep pressure) and go up to my heart...all ways. My foot top, up my front leg and thigh, back down to bottom of foot and up back of leg, then the sides of the leg...each leg. Then my arms (same way). My stomach area, I have been actually 'awakening' my organs...massaging deeply from rib cage down to pelvic bone. When I get to my arm pits, chest, and neck, I tap...kinda like when someone 'annoys' you with the finger tapping on a desk...except, I use my fingers and tap, rather than one at a time. Then when I do my breast, I tried explaining this to a friend and she came up with this thought...I 'milk' my breast...as if I was trying to put my mother's milk into a bottle because I am not able to breast feed, in that moment.

I have been doing this and Friday, I noticed, due to not drinking lots of water (or for that matter, not much at all) my kidneys let me know they were there. Things were moving out of my body and I was not nourishing myself with enough water for them to leave.

I am going to begin using the castor oil treatment in this post, this week sometime. I think that will be real interesting to see what comes from it.

Thanks for these postings, Wombat.

Peace,
Beth
