Hmm, that was helpful to hear you had problems without even recently having a baby. When do you think the problems started? And I'm glad your doctor will actually listen to you and work with you, I've had nothing but bad experiences from doctors so you're very lucky.

Yeah, I did a lot of research into Iodine after being here a while, too. I tried that same test a week or so ago, and I accidently fell asleep before it was over, but my stain was gone in 9 hours or less. I decided to repeat the test, but didn't think that I should wait a while instead of doing it immediately, and that test lasted somewhere over 12 hours, but definitely not too much more. Then I waited a couple of days and tried again, and this test I, once again, forgot to really watch, but the stain was half faded at 7 hours. I don't really know what that means as it didn't get back to being as bad as the first time, and I've seen multiple versions of the tests where you look for different hours - 4, 8, and 24 hours. I read other people saying they prefer kelp for supplementation and I'd figured I'd give it a try as a lot of what I've read implies it shouldn't be harmful to supplement some, but then after ordering it, I do more research and it doesn't seem like it's anywhere near enough to take. Then I read not to take too much of it because of aluminum in it! So I guess I'm going to just try the recommended dose of it and see if that makes any improvement at all, I don't really know anything better to do then just buy something completely different, Iodoral seeming highly recommended now. I'm just trying to hold off for a month until I can see a doctor. =\
