Thanks Quinta and PB...bleeding has stopped, at least mostly

and am very sore this morning. I am even succumbing to Motrin today to be at work.

Can't stay home, due to Christmas season (postal worker) AND my attendance is in question right now anyway...LOL. Be forewarned (says supervisors) YOU MAY need to take days off, do not use sick days, just on the strength of!

I will use the C. Silver I have (16 ppm) throughout the day today and aloe vera, due to no Vit. E. in the house right now.
