has anyone heard of vaginal adhesions? its the closing of the vagina!

so my 25 month old has said "no mom, it hurts" a few times in the past couple weeks when i've changed her diaper, i thought her diaper was rubbing into her but today i looked...like when she was a infant and you have to open the little lips to make sure all the poop is out...and i realized her vagina hole was closed!

i freaked! i searched all my baby books (all 5 of them) and found nothing! i called my husband at work and told him to come home! we looked it up and found a few sites that said it was common among girls 1-6. and it was no big deal, the doc will give us a crem to apply everyday and it will eventually open!


wtf! please someone tell me they've heard of this or is going through the some thing! the thought of my little girl not having a normal vagina scares me!
