I don't think that I want to eat sea vegetables. I've tried them once in Asia, but I was already fed up when I scented that fishy smell. Maybe, you know better dishes.
But you're absolutely right about organic food. We usually take care that we eat organic food. Sometimes, however, conventional stuff must do.
I'm not sure that I can get rid of my habbit to eat that late in the evening, as I will wake up hungry at night. I would not call it food cravings, I would rather say 'healthy hungry feeling', or so.
