Suggestion - Investigate foods with good mineral content. Sea vegetables such as kelp, dulse, and alaria have good mineral content. You can place some on salads. Anything that wasn't grown conventionally should be better for you. Find an organic salad dressing that appeals to you. Spray Bragg's amino acids on your salad. You can find it at the Vitamin Shoppe or Whole Foods.
Avoid artificial sweeteners. According to Jay Foster (he quotes scientific sources), artificial sweeteners and cow's dairy products are responsible for high LDL cholesterol levels, not fats.
Eat nutritious foods and lets see if (if you have food cravings) your food cravings go down.
