Whats the point ? You can do the flush with other forms of magnesium but you sstill need large amounts ! And sure you could do an enema after but why not let the magnesium flood the colon with water as the flush was designed and has proven successful in the majority of cases! Especially considering those that have gallstone problems generally have constipation which the mag sulph deals with causing what you call diarhia but I call an assist in flushing out bile stone and debree quite readily!
One can redesign the wheel as long as it runs smooth!
I think one of the largest problems with these flushes is people tend to over do them!
A friend of mine e mailed me after almost two days of misery after she had doen a liver flush sans epsom salts I suggested she do the mag sulph ,she found relief immediately ! My post is more a caveat to those who do these flushes improperly then find themselves in misery, follow the protocol one chooses from a time tested flush and redesign it only if nessecary!
