11 !! Oh my word! I'm sure some people take up to 4 spoons of ES!

I've always thought it sounded rather harsh and I was afraid to try it.

I do take lemon in hot water, I find it helps. I've also tried oil-pulling but couldn't really stomach the stuff. It didn't help my symptoms either.
