well that depends on what experience your health teacher has.
However, there is no disputing the facts of physiology from which I have quoted in an earlier post in this thread.
Has your health teacher ever fasted for themselves? or known of anyone who underwent a fast? or studied the physiological effects of fasting?
It would appear not.
Some current health "experts" have very little if any knowledge of fasting, and are therefore not really in any position to form an opinion one way or the other.
If you try fasting for yourself, you would see the fat (if any) just melt away, as in the case of the loss of cellulite by the member #84008 who found this to be so from personal experience.
