I'm really surprised this is the first time you're hearing this, every know and then people come on posting that fasting weightloss is not real weightloss, that fasters just waste their muscle tissue awaythat later on we'll have osteoporosis. IfI'm not mistaken you or Fonty reassured some this wasnt so and honestly speaking for the first time I was relieved because this had been refuted by you or whoever it was, generally writes well researed credible posts.The sentiments in that post generally echoed what you said above. Otherwise because I didnt really know all the facts I couldnt really discredit these views and used to be haunted by the possibility it wasnt real weightloss, I might just be wasting myself away or eating at myself "cannibalism" they call it. Chris just google " fasting results in loss of muscle not fat" and there's a couple articles that come up.

Thanks for the encouragement this, see I'd read about fasting curing medical conditions say eyesight yet mine has never improved, my neck hurts btwn the chiropractor, physical therapy and fasting no improvement, knee same story so whilst I believed and was happy about others testimonials I didnt yet have one of my own. Well given the severity of my cellulite at least I finally have a fasting cure to share.
