Re: Lecithin - Heads-up

I have recently tried lecithin - about 2-5 grams daily.

My previous/current symptoms are fatigue, nausea, back and right shoulder pain, jaundice, yellow eyes, bloodshot eyes (esp after exercise) headaches, sinusitis, night sweats, aching feet, itching all over esp back and arms among other things.

I have fasted twice - water only. Five days (my first time about 6 or 7 months ago) and 14 days about 4 months ago with good results initially.

I have done a parasite cleanse (tincture form - walnut,clove and Wormwood )

I have performed 4 Liver Flushes - the first about 8 months ago - no stones resulted and I had virtually no sleep and a bad headache but I had more energy than I have had in about 2 years!
The second flush I did gave no results - but the more recent 3rd and 4th flushes passed around 200 1mm to 6mm or 7mm green cholesterol stones.




I still feel nauseas and weak and bloated (but not as much as I did 7 months ago). I intend to perform about 10 more flushes over the next 6-8 months and to do another 14 day (or more) water only fast.

As I stated in the opening part of this message I have just started trying lecithin and I have so far after 6 days of using noticed that my skin and eyes are less yellow esp after eating - also less bloodshot and itch slightly less.

In a further 2-3 weeks I'll have a more definite idea about the effect its having on me.

I definitely think that the improvement so far will also help me gain better results from a fast.
