who has started andy's program on their own?

i need to start something asap..i just can't go on with this on again/off again
symtoms (which include:anxiety,nervousness,hives,muscle twitches & now low blood pressure).
i got andy's papers on his consultation and i don't think my doctor would sign it and there is a 'waiting list'. i can't wait.
i need a doctor in nyc...i am sensitive and need to go slowly, but need to get going..my kids & husband are suffering because of my on/off mystery illness.
