Hi Janey,
> i don't remember the supps you recommended...i'm sooo out of it
They are in my other post to you when you asked about taking ALA on its own.
I'll go over them again, write them down.
Adrenals...ashwagandha and/or adrenal glandulars, PLUS vit B5 aswell as a B complex. Vit C.
Thyroid....coconut oil. You may need something stronger like Armour.
The multi you take contains copper so I would suggest you stop taking that. You can get some copper free multis you might have to shop around.
OR, take individual minerals...
You need more magnesium (400mg a day) either as mag citrate or mag taurate.
So if you stick with your cal/mag/vit D supp, take the extra magnesium on top of that so 200mg extra mag. On the other hand you could be taking too much calcium so you could just stick to magnesium on its own and forget the calcium supplement or take your calcium supplement EVERY OTHER day. Magnesium helps you RELAX which you're having problems with and too much calcium prevents mag absorption. Not too confusing I hope!
zinc 50mg
molybdenum 1000ug
selenium yeast 300ug
Milk thistle 300mg
vit E 400iu
fish oil (Nordic naturals is a v gd one) 1-2tspns a day
taurine (an amino acid) 1500mg a day to start off with - will help you relax, sleep better and is good for kidneys.
I can't comment on the aqua flora, I've never taken it. You could try hydrochloric acid to see if that helps your digestion.
> should i just go get some DMSA (don't know how much?very low to start)?
No, you need more supps first.
> will i get some relief from it soon?
I don't know but hopefully yes.
> my right kidney hurts too.
Another reason to avoid chelating for now. Taurine helps to support the kidneys and lack of magnesium may be behind it so the extra mag might help.
> i have been drinking water with the
Sea Salt ..last nite i was up all nite, terrified
The adrenal support, magnesium and taurine should help you relax and not feel so scared.
All these supps you can get from iherb.com
Don't take anything else eg glutathione
Lets see how things go from there, ok?
Take care! :-)
