I just started so all I can say is that it removed available benzene in 4 days. The dose still makes me feel better shortly after taking it and my SCIO resuts show a need for higher levels of B2 most likely to make up for long term deficiencies...

Hulda recommends you stay away from all benzene containing foods and products snd supplement to get rid of it...
