I don't usually take much in the way of supplements. Also, I am in the middle of cleansing parasites, steadying bowel function, and slowly eliminating gallstones...plus, I am overweight, and it hasn't budged in a long, long time...no matter what I have tried.

Hair loss is another symptom, and loss of core muscle strength.

Still I feel I am getting better, bit by bit.

Would you say that the Clark method you mention above would be something a person could take for a short period of time, in the middle of my symptoms and food/herbal treatments?

Or, is it more of a long-term treatment, and should it only be done in harmony with other supplements...perhaps by a person who has overcome parasites, gallstones, and has a steady bowel function?

I still have Amalgam fillings...Drat! We just don't have the cash to do anything about that...and wouldn't know who to turn to, anyway.

Just a quick personal opinion, if you have a moment. I will study on it, too.

Thanks.
