Re: Question for Trapper who whoever else might know
no, let me clarify. my struggle to stay warm was pretty much over when i started iodine. the first time i took
Iodine it made me very cold.
when a person has cold body syndrome, everything has slowed down. i focused on fluoride as the cause and went 100% organic. that slowly brought me out of it. then i got my mercury fillings out and that finished the job. i no longer got as cold.
its really more complicated than i am prepared to get into right now, but the fact is my problem was physical, emotional, physiological, psychological, you name it. nothing was working right. my body got used to operating ate 10% capacity. it has been hard to turn it completely around.
one thing i tried was alex chiu rings. i made them myself out of hard drive magnets. they would give me about 1.5F degrees by wearing them. i wore them constantly for a while. i dont know how good it is to keep that up so i stopped and only do it occasionally at night.
it is the cells shutting down which is the problem. the mitochondria.
Iodine helps with all of this, but it is not the cure. i believe activity is key. the more i do the better i feel. it makes the cells get busy again.
