I can hardly believe it. Because of MS and balance and strength problems I haven't ran for probably 35 years. I ran just a little today and didn't fall or get out of breath or have a rushing heart.
My dog was sure surprised. It was cold and that didnt bother me either. I am so fortunate and thankful. At 69 this must be a great year Just turned that in September. What a birthday present. MW Tweet
