It's amazing that you uncovered all this. Here I was looking for White Rock's clay called Bentonite Minerals and getting ticked off at the WhiteFalcon site because it is an endless loop of links. The site was a link somewhere here on CZ.

So what do you think is a good method of bowel cleansing?
I'm doing gallbaldder flushes because the surgeons were demanding a removal. I've only gotten ~240 or so out of 4 flushes (most BB size and a couple of cherry-pit size). I'm worried that there is a big one in there, blocking the rest. I'm also taking Para-rid and Para-Sweep in-between flushings - discovered I have pin worm from my daughter (lovely). Anyway, I've been doing different combos on the flushes - the first was 2 days of Organic Apple Juice, epson salt, then olive oil with lemon. Started taking a tincture of chanca piedra and gold coin. Did the middle two with just the fasting after 2 and epson salt and olive oil with grapefruit, the last one (very dissapointing) with a full day of apple juice, epson salt at 6 and 8 and olive oil with grapefruit at 10, more epsom in the morning. Only 14 stones, half were too small to catch.

After these cleansing, I seem to be constipated for a couple of days after the diarhea stops. I actually take 3 Epsom Salt capsules to get moving again the day after. I worry about the plastic of the capsules, but I'm making them myself in order to get the salt down - ain't no way I can drink it mixed with water as the recipe calls for.
